During the account registration process and before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) national identification card or valid passport showing your date of birth and photograph.
Any User found to have provided false information regarding their age or to have created an account while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any funds in their account forfeited without recourse. miabet reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm continued compliance with eligibility requirements.

Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on miabet. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting" or "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If miabet detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, all active bets voided, and all balances forfeited except the original deposits which may be returned at miabet's sole discretion.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. You must not write down your password in an easily discoverable location or store it in plain text on your devices.
miabet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Two-factor authentication requires both your password and a time-based code generated by an authentication app on your mobile device, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized account access.
You must immediately notify miabet customer support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, if you believe your password has been compromised, or if you notice any unauthorized transactions or bets on your account. miabet will investigate all reports of potential account compromise and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation to prevent further unauthorized activity.
miabet shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions that occur as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except in cases where miabet's own security systems have been demonstrably breached through no fault of the User.
You are required to keep all information in your account profile current and accurate. You must promptly update your residential address, email address, and phone number if they change. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in missed important communications from miabet regarding account security, bonus offers, or withdrawal processing.
miabet accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon; e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method: up to Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah) for major bank transfers, and up to Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) for e-wallet transfers. Users requiring higher deposit limits may contact VIP account managers for custom arrangements.
Deposits are typically processed instantly (within 0-5 minutes) during Indonesian banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours (typically 21:00-08:00 WIB on weekdays, and all day Saturday-Sunday for some banks) may be queued and processed when the banking system reopens.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. If miabet detects a third-party deposit, we reserve the right to return the deposit to the originating account and suspend your account pending further investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, to the extent technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may withdraw funds to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching the name on your miabet account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction vary by VIP tier: Bronze tier Rp 50,000,000 per day, Silver tier Rp 100,000,000 per day, Gold tier Rp 200,000,000 per day, Platinum tier Rp 350,000,000 per day, Diamond tier Rp 500,000,000 per day, and Black Diamond tier unlimited.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your Indonesian KTP or passport. This one-time verification process typically completes within 2-24 hours of document submission. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless miabet's fraud prevention systems flag unusual activity.
Withdrawal processing times: Bank transfers are typically processed within 0-60 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00-21:00 WIB on weekdays); e-wallet withdrawals are processed 24/7 within 0-15 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are queued and processed when banks reopen.
miabet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard receiving or transfer fees, which are beyond miabet's control.
All deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This industry-standard requirement prevents the use of miabet's platform for unauthorized money transfer or money laundering purposes. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw the remaining balance. Both winning and losing bets count toward rollover requirements.
Bonus funds are subject to specific rollover requirements stated in the bonus terms, typically ranging from 5x to 15x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
miabet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses for existing players, cashback programs, VIP rewards, seasonal promotions tied to major sporting events, and refer-a-friend bonuses. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amounts, rollover requirements, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, game restrictions, and expiration dates.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to guarantee profits through opposing bets ("arbitrage"), using bonuses exclusively on low-variance games to guarantee rollover completion, or any other systematic attempt to extract bonus value without normal gambling risk, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential winnings, plus possible account termination.
New players who make their first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus, typically structured as a percentage match of the deposit amount (e.g., 100% up to Rp 20,000,000). The welcome bonus is subject to the following standard terms unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion:
Players enrolled in miabet's VIP loyalty program receive weekly cashback on net losses calculated according to their VIP tier level: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 0.9%, Diamond 1.2%, and Black Diamond up to 1.5% (negotiable). Cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total winnings) for the preceding week (Monday 00:00 WIB through Sunday 23:59 WIB) and credited to player accounts every Monday by 12:00 WIB. Cashback has no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn immediately or used for betting.
All bets placed on miabet become official and binding once you click the "Place Bet" or "Confirm Bet" button and receive on-screen confirmation displaying your bet ID number. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet slip before confirming, including the selected event, market, odds, and stake amount. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.
miabet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, bets placed at obviously erroneous odds (palpable errors), or bets from players identified as professional or advantage players. If a bet is rejected, your stake is immediately returned to your account balance.
All odds displayed on miabet are in decimal format (e.g., 2.50, 1.85, 3.20). Odds are subject to change in real-time based on market conditions, particularly for live in-play betting. The odds at the time you confirm your bet are the odds used for settlement, even if odds change subsequently.
In the event of obvious errors in published odds (palpable errors), including but not limited to incorrect team names, inverted home/away teams, odds that are drastically out of line with the broader betting market, or technical glitches causing incorrect odds display, miabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes regardless of the outcome. miabet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or league at the conclusion of regular time (including any stoppage time added by the referee), unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime periods are not included in regular-time settlement unless the market specifically indicates inclusion (e.g., "To Qualify" markets in knockout tournaments).
If an event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets remain valid and will be settled based on the rescheduled event outcome. If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, except for markets that have already been unconditionally determined (e.g., first goalscorer if a goal was scored before abandonment).
miabet offers comprehensive Asian Handicap betting (voor bola in Indonesian betting terminology) across football and other sports. Asian Handicap eliminates the draw outcome by assigning a virtual head start to the underdog (positive handicap) or deficit to the favorite (negative handicap). Quarter handicaps (e.g., -0.25, -0.75) and half handicaps (e.g., -0.5, -1.5) are split bets calculated by dividing the stake equally between the two nearest whole or half-number handicaps.
Mix parlay bets (also known as accumulator bets or combo bets) combine multiple selections from different events into a single bet, with all selections multiplied together to determine the total odds. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to pay out; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses. If one or more selections are voided (due to postponement or cancellation), the parlay continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
All casino games, slots, and RNG-based table games offered on miabet use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are displayed in the game information panel and represent the theoretical long-term payback percentage over millions of game rounds.
Live dealer games including live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, and other live casino offerings use physical cards, wheels, and dice operated by professional dealers in real-time, streamed via high-definition video. miabet does not manipulate live game outcomes; results are determined entirely by physical randomness.
Different casino games contribute differently toward bonus rollover requirements due to varying house edge and risk profiles: Slots and scratch cards contribute 100%; table games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker variants typically contribute 10-20%; live dealer games contribute 10-20%; certain low-variance bets may be excluded entirely from rollover contribution (e.g., betting on both red and black simultaneously in roulette). In the unlikely event of game malfunction, software error, disconnection during gameplay, or incorrect game behavior, all affected game rounds and their resulting wins are voided, and stakes are returned to the player's account. miabet is not responsible for losses caused by technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party software failures beyond our control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, punishable by immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
miabet provides betting and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure platform stability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet all your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, miabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of miabet services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
miabet's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
miabet is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, telecommunications failures, hacking attacks despite reasonable security measures, or other force majeure events.
miabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration or verification, are using the platform for money laundering purposes, are under the age of 21, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining account balance representing legitimate winnings from honest play will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to miabet. However, if your account is terminated due to fraud, bonus abuse, or material breach of these Terms, miabet reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to self-exclude due to responsible gaming concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy and contact support to request self-exclusion, which we will implement immediately.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of miabet services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email at [email protected], or WhatsApp. Our support team will investigate your complaint and attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly.

We will review formal complaints within 10 business days and provide a written response.
miabet's decision on disputes shall be final and binding unless you pursue legal remedies as outlined in the Governing Law section below. We commit to handling all disputes fairly and transparently in accordance with industry best practices.
miabet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements, industry standards, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify registered users via email and/or prominent notice on the website.
Your continued use of miabet services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using miabet services and may close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Changes to Terms will not affect the status of bets placed or transactions completed before the effective date of the changes, unless required by law or regulatory directive.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of miabet services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which miabet is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using miabet services, you acknowledge and agree that online gambling regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of miabet services complies with all applicable local laws in your place of residence. If online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not create an account or place bets on miabet.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of miabet services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. However, miabet reserves the right to pursue claims against you in the courts of your place of residence or any other jurisdiction where enforcement action is appropriate.
